False Representation made to the Press, Guangzhou Yong Fu Television Advertising Limited (code: 91440101MA5CY2QN1C) and its principal Mr. Huang Yu

It has come to our attention that Guangzhou Yong Fu Television Advertising Limited is promoting film investment projects within an application called “Ju Heng International Television” (钜亨国际影视) using our company name, and it has been frequently reported to us through our official website regarding this false representation. We hereby confirm, such behavior was never authorized and was made in an effort to fraudulently raise money through the internet. 

In order to avoid any more victims, we hereby make a solemn declaration:

1. 1. We have never authorize Guangzhou Yong Fu Television Advertising Limited in any forms for the promotion of film investment. Any behaviors using our company name or in the name of “Ju Heng Television” are considered as fraudulent behaviors.
       
   2. To date, our company had never develop or operate any phone applications. Any one who utilized our company name to carry our film investment or related business through such application has been suspected to constitute internet fraud. Due to such illegal behavior may cause more victims and harm our business, we will report such issue along with all the evidence provided by the public to authorities. 

We also would like to remind everyone to invest cautiously, prevent fraud with care. If you find any third party using our name to operate or promote any projects or products, please contact our staff below for further verification.
